We have an extensive background in manufacturing industrial ovens, preventative maintenance programs, performing safety checks, and emergency services.

All of our calibration certifications are completed and available prior to leaving the customer facility. This is made possible using top-of-the-line equipment and the latest tech.  The industry-leading calibration software we utilize completes a specification compliant certification in the background while the technician is performing the calibration and inputting data in the app-based platform. Each customer receives a portal log-in where they can access previous and current certifications as well as view all upcoming calibrations. This is also where the quality team can complete their review and sign off.

Research shows that 8 out of 10 NADCAP findings are directly related to calibration and pyrometry. We give the customer the peace of mind knowing that all certifications are compliant to the most current revision and ICS also provides audit support throughout the entire process.

OWNER BIOS

Adam Olson

Adam Olson is the Owner of Industrial Calibration & Service. He has devoted the last 15 years of his life to helping aerospace and production companies to have the peace of mind that their production equipment is running properly and up to date with calibration and compliance.

He is an individual that is very detail-oriented and takes pride in what he does. There is absolutely no room for error in the work that he performs, and 100% accuracy is the only acceptable outcome.

Adam spent 5 years maintaining all aspects of a vacuum heat treat facility in Santa Ana California that manufactured titanium intake and exhaust systems for commercial and military jets, Adam then moved into the controls side of the industry, where he worked for Certified Temperature Calibration and focused on calibration and compliance to specifications.  After relocating to Texas, he founded Industrial Calibration & Service, Adam realized there was a need in the industry for someone with his expertise. Coupling that with top-of-the-line equipment and the latest tech, he feels that Industrial Calibration & Service is unmatched.

Joshua Knesel

For owner Joshua Knesel, industrial ovens and furnaces is the family business. Growing up with a family-owned oven manufacturing business has taught him a thing or two about how they work, and how they don’t. After spending three years working for a calibration lab, Josh was able to take the lessons learned during his years of calibration and apply that to the manufacturing process.

Once going back to the family business, Josh became project manager and had a big role in the revised mechanical and electrical engineering of the products that have come out of that company since 2013. Eventually, the knowledge gained from the manufacturing process would set enable him to open a testing and service lab of his own. With the blessing of family and friends that’s what he set out to do.

Reconnecting with Adam Olson, the perfect compliment to starting this new venture was found. ICS was born. With the background of nearly 40 years of experience, Josh is determined to make family, friend, and now customers proud.
